Give your life a bit more color, passion, and heat! Traditional Sichuanese chilli oil made using only natural ingredients, with no chemicals. Made by hand by our chef, Lulu, of Chilli Mama's Szechuan Kitchen.

Hand-picked chillis, including er jing tao chillis from Sichuan, China. Carefully cleaned and cooked to create a distinctive, layered flavour. Our signature chilli oil at Chilli Mama's, used in so many of our dishes.

Ingredients: canola oil, dried chilli powder, sesame seeds, walnuts.

Cautions: Contains sesame seeds and tree nuts (walnuts).

200g of chilli oil. (Note: Bottle is a mason jar, not a clip top.)
