Crunchy, spicy, and tingly traditional dehydrated daikon radish. A staple of Sichuanese cooking, our Sichuan Dried Radish is hand cut, carefully dehydrated, rehydrated, and mixed with dried Sichuan peppercorn, our signature Chilli Oil, and other spices to wake up even the most jaded palate.
By popular demand of Chilli Mama's customers, we are making our radish available. Perfect partner for noodles, rice... anything, really.
Keep refrigerated after opening, but should keep for up to six months in the fridge.

Ingredients: dehydrated daikon radish, chilli powder, sugar, ground sichuan peppercorn, canola oil, sesame seeds, sesame oil, dried mushroom stock (contains some MSG).
Cautions: Contains sesame seeds and tree nuts (walnuts).
